- How does the free trial work?
- You get 3 days of everything free. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a yearly or monthly subscription, charged to your Apple ID.
- How do I cancel or change my subscription?
- On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → myPlantHeaven. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- I changed phone. How do I get my subscription back?
- Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account and data. It is immediate and permanent.
- Someone shared a house with me. Do I need to subscribe?
- No. You can use a house someone shares with you without a subscription. Your own AI features (identifying, health checks, questions) need your own subscription.
